Your Tasks

Commercial Support Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and organised Commercial Support Coordinator to support our commercial operations and office activities in a fast-paced environment.

This varied role combines customer service, administration, event coordination, and office support. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Support and Leadership teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while supporting company values and contributing to the future growth and success of the business.

Your Profile

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls, emails, quotes, and sales orders
    Maintain commercial records, reports, and documentation
  • Coordinate training courses, meetings, and on-site events
  • Organise visitor logistics including travel, catering, and accommodation
  • Support office operations, meeting room bookings, and facilities coordination
  • Collaborate across commercial and wider business teams

About You

  • Experience in administration, customer support, or office coordination
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
    Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems is desirable
  • Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented
    Positive team player with a customer-focused approach
