Your Tasks

Ready to take your clinical expertise into a commercial career? We’re seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support our surgical portfolio and partner with leading healthcare teams across the region.

This role is a great fit for candidates with 1–3 years of clinical experience—especially those familiar with surgical workflows, operating theatres, perioperative pathways, or medical device use—who are looking to build a future in surgical sales.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Area Sales Managers to support sales performance across the territory

  • Assist with in-theatre product demonstrations and case support

  • Deliver product education and training to surgeons, ODPs, theatre nurses, and perioperative teams

  • Build and maintain strong relationships within hospitals, surgical centres, and procurement teams

  • Gather clinical insights to help refine and enhance product offerings

  • Support product evaluations, trials, and implementations

  • Represent the company at surgical symposia, cadaveric training sessions, and industry events

Your Profile

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years’ clinical experience—ideally in theatres, surgical wards, endoscopy, or critical care

  • Confident communicator able to engage effectively with clinical stakeholders

  • Strong interest in medical devices, surgical innovation, and emerging technologies

  • Highly organised, resilient, and proactive

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced clinical environments

  • Full UK driving licence
