Your Tasks

We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in a brand new facility in Kingskerswell — someone who loves being organised, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping things organised: Manage and maintain finished goods and incoming stock, and help with regular stock checks.
Order prep done right: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for delivery to customers or production.
Staying compliant: Follow all safety and quality standards (ISO 13485, FDA) — we take these seriously and will train you along the way.
Double-checking quality: Inspect outgoing shipments and make sure everything is accurate, in perfect condition, and properly documented.
Working together: Collaborate with our Quality, Production, and Customer Service teams to keep everything moving smoothly.
Staying safe: Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts safely, complete maintenance checks, and keep your workspace clean and tidy.
Your Profile
What We’re Looking For
Some warehouse or manufacturing experience (bonus if you’ve worked with batch control before).
A valid forklift licence and confidence using warehouse equipment.
Basic computer skills – you’ll be updating records and using SAP or similar systems.
A keen eye for detail and a “let’s get it right” attitude.
A team player who communicates well, helps others, and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
