Your Tasks

Are you a proactive, results-driven sales professional with a strong clinical background? Do you thrive in operating theatre environments and have experience supporting medical device sales? If so, BOWA MEDICAL UK wants to hear from you.

We have an opportunity within our UK field team and seeking a motivated Territory Sales to manage and grow a defined territory, supporting surgeons and healthcare professionals in the electrosurgery field. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on both revenue generation and exceptional clinical support.

Your Profile

Key Responsibilities:
  • Territory Management: Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers to drive sales and market penetration.

  • In-Theatre Support: Deliver hands-on clinical support, product evaluations, and training in surgical settings.

  • Sales Planning: Create and execute effective territory sales plans to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.

  • Education & Brand Promotion: Represent BOWA at national conferences, events, and seminars to increase product and brand awareness.

  • Process & Performance Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and identify growth opportunities.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate CRM and ERP system records and ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, FDA).


What We’re Looking For:
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or a registered healthcare practitioner qualification.

  • 2+ years of sales experience, ideally within the medical device or regulated healthcare industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of surgical/theatre environments, particularly in electrosurgery.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM platforms.

  • Strategic and analytical thinking with project management capabilities.
