Ihre Aufgaben

Are you someone who takes pride in doing a job well and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in a brand new facility in Kingskerswell — someone who loves being organised, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping things organised: Manage and maintain finished goods and incoming stock, and help with regular stock checks.

  • Order prep done right: Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for delivery to customers or production.

  • Staying compliant: Follow all safety and quality standards (ISO 13485, FDA) — we take these seriously and will train you along the way.

  • Double-checking quality: Inspect outgoing shipments and make sure everything is accurate, in perfect condition, and properly documented.

  • Working together: Collaborate with our Quality, Production, and Customer Service teams to keep everything moving smoothly.

  • Staying safe: Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts safely, complete maintenance checks, and keep your workspace clean and tidy.

Ihre Qualifikationen

What We’re Looking For

  • Some warehouse or manufacturing experience (bonus if you’ve worked with batch control before).

  • A valid forklift licence and confidence using warehouse equipment.

  • Basic computer skills – you’ll be updating records and using SAP or similar systems.

  • A keen eye for detail and a “let’s get it right” attitude.

  • A team player who communicates well, helps others, and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
